Greek Goddess Living is an empowering community and wellness brand inspired by Ancient Greece. GGL offers a number of wellness services such as sound healing, corporate wellness programs, empowering events and retreats.
GGL was created during a time where Katerina was overcoming her own personal traumas including sexual violence and body shame. She reclaimed her power and found solace in the healing power of the arts. Katerina began teaching Goddess Dance classes in Hollywood to inspire others to heal and become empowered through music and dance. Movement and sound was not only her passion, but her medicine.
Today, Katerina is a certified Sound Healing practitioner, Actress, and Dancer based in Los Angeles. She was called to sound healing by her ancient Greek ancestors.
Katerina hosts weekly Sound Bath Rituals at her Sound Temple in West Hollywood, monthly Goddess Glow Up events around Los Angeles and a Greek Goddess Retreat every two years in Greece to create space for community, connection, healing and transformation.

Who knew that a dance class can be more than ….. dance. I am inspired every time I attend. I have reconnected with who I was prior to stress, work, etc. I can be myself, be sexy, fun, and all this amongst a very supportive group of people. Katerina doesn’t stop at teaching you how to dance. She strives to see the best in you as a woman. I can now admit… I’m sexy and I know it.
Katerina’s Goddess dance class is amazing! It’s a perfect combination of sweat, laughter, and sexiness all in one class. The first time I went I was nervous about not knowing how to dance or not being sexy enough, but Katerina made it so fun and flirty I quickly forgot about my nerves and just had a blast! Greek Goddess Dance class is honestly the only exercise class I’ve ever Loved! It’s fun, it’s feminine and it’s fierce. The way Katerina embraces her inner goddess makes us all want to find and embrace ours too.
