Private Sound Bath Rituals are 30 minutes ($222) or 60 minutes ($333) and available for in-home or in-office sessions in the Los Angeles area.

During a GGL Sound Bath you will be taken on a therapeutic sonic journey back to inner peace and balance. A sound bath, also known as a “sound meditation” is an immersive journey through sound that reduces stress, promotes deep relaxation and restores the nervous system back to homeostasis, along with many other scientifically proven health benefits. Practitioners use an array of instruments including a heart- opening shamanic drum, energy balancing crystal singing bowls, purifying rain stick and ocean drum, calming chimes and other healing sounds for the utmost personalized healing experience.

Your session begins with a short discussion regarding any disharmony in the physical or emotional body to set and intention. You will be gently guided into the session with relaxation techniques, meditation, imagery and positive affirmations.

*Rates vary and may increases depending on number of participants, travel time, equipment etc.

  • We suggest you get cozy in a quiet area with dim lighting.
  • Feel free to use your favorite aromatherapy to enhance relaxation.
  • Noise-cancelling headphones are recommended but not required.
  • Virtual sessions are held on Zoom and are 35 minutes.
